Central Track & Field Meet- Grinnell, IA

The Special Olympics Iowa Central Area Track & Field Meet will take place on Saturday, April 27th at Grinnell College (1103 10th Ave, Grinnell, IA 50112).

We are searching for volunteers to help the day of to assist with the organization of the event. Various roles include: escorting athletes, timing races, measuring throws, presenting awards, & leading the staging area. 

Volunteers will have the opportunity to engage with and create meaningful interactions with Special Olympics Iowa athletes throughout the duration of the event.

We will organize a volunteer meeting at the start of the day of the event to assign roles, explain organization, & prepare to to make this a memorial day for our athletes!
